Bliss Media was founded in 2002 to help businesses harness the power of the web. Today we are one of Australia's leading web development houses, with strong growth and over 5 years of experience in developing websites across a diverse range of industries, including government and corporate sectors.

  • PHONG HO

    Managing Director
    Phong has been a dedicated web developer and online marketer since the ‘dot com’ days of the late nineties. After completing a Masters degree in Multimedia, he worked on major projects for a number of renowned interactive agencies including Reactive Media and Tribal DDB. Today Phong steers the ship at Bliss and manages projects from day-to-day to ensure they all have the Bliss stamp of quality. When he is not playing big brother in the studio, Phong enjoys fathering his one year old son, who is just starting to learn how to walk.

  • GERALD WAWORUNTU

    Senior Web Developer
    After completing a Melbourne Uni degree in Computer Science and a Masters in Multimedia Computing at Monash Uni, Gerald joined the Bliss team and it soon became apparent to us that there was more to him than meets the eye. Known to us as 'Binary Man', Gerald possesses super powers that enable him to decipher code in a flash and make seemingly impossible problems appear trivial. In his spare time, Gerald indulges in his many hobbies which include trading cards and watching The Good, The Bad and The Ugly.

    Senior Web Developer
    Stella graduated from Melbourne Uni with an Honors degree in 'Computer Science'. Her academic record was remarkable. After consistently achieving scores in the high nineties, she started her career at Melbourne Uni as a head tutor and academic researcher. She then ventured out on her own developing a Java based point of sales software which she marketed in Indonesia with relative success. Upon her return to Melbourne, she joined the Bliss team and together with her brother, Gerald they form the most formidable brother-sister web development duo in the world.

  • ALEX TRINH

    Web Developer
    Alex is the all-round developer and integrator at Bliss Media who is often in the firing line, juggling numerous deadlines and last-minute client requests. In spite of his demanding schedule, Alex is a superb organiser and always manages to stay on top of his game with the skills and equanimity of a Shaolin monk. Alex is also our lovable court jester who never fails to keep the team entertained with his infectious personality and daily banter.

  • SATOSHI PAYNE

    Web Developer
    Satoshi was inducted into the Bliss squad after he separated himself from the other candidates by blitzing the notoriously difficult Bliss four hour programming test within only two hours. Indeed, he had already spent years honing his development skills as a freelancer and Multimedia Systems student at RMIT, a degree he completed with exceptional results. Satoshi is the 'consummate gentleman' among us, you may spot him opening a car door for the ladies. He will apply the same care and meticulous attention to your website.

  • ANDREW NGUYEN

    Senior Creative Designer
    Andrew has been freelancing as a graphical artist since his adolescent years, designing flyers and posters for the Melbourne clubbing scene, when his prodigious talents were first noticed by our talent scouts. Today in his early twenties Andrew is already a veteran web designer, and heads our creative team with his pixel-perfect attention, signature style and uncanny understanding of how to inspire audiences with brilliant ideas and designs.


  • ADAM SCERBA

    Creative Designer
    Adam is a our mult-talented designer capable of bringing a website to life with his many weapons of choice that include Flash, Aftereffects and Illustrator. He is a highly passionate person with creative interests that extend into fashion, where he aspires to one day launch his own clothing label, and music, where he is a bass guitarist with serious grooves. Without doubt Adam's fresh thinking and creative flair is an integral part of the Bliss team.

  • ASHIM D'SILVA

    Flash Developer / Actionscripter
    Ashim is our resident Flash guru who contributes extraordinary actionscripting wizardry to the Bliss mix of spells. He had mastered his magic prior to joining us through years of experimentation, doing the rounds through numerous advertising agencies and freelance projects. Outside of the studio, Ashim is a free spirit who enjoys riding his motor-cycle along the Great Ocean Road, making friends with foreign tourists and hitchhikers along the way.
